You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with the terms of any platform where you post it (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, etc.).
You may not generate:
"Industrial Grade Brainrot" is a brand joke. We do not endorse or permit content that is genuinely harmful or violates these terms.
Credits are required for video generation and AI transcription.
Payments are handled via Stripe.
Credits do not expire while your account is active.
We do not offer refunds on credit purchases.
Before buying credits, use your free trial credits to test the platform. Free credits are provided on signup so you can evaluate ScrollSlop before spending anything.
If a technical failure on our end prevents a job from completing, the credits used for that job will be returned to your account. Disputes are resolved through the credit system — not through chargebacks or payment reversals.

You own the videos you create using ScrollSlop. By using the service, you grant MapleLogic Inc. a limited license to process, host, and deliver that content to you. Nothing more.
MapleLogic Inc. is not responsible for any bans, strikes, or penalties you receive on third-party platforms (TikTok, YouTube, etc.) as a result of content created on ScrollSlop. You are responsible for your own content.

We provide the service as-is without uptime guarantees.
We may modify or discontinue features at any time.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Disputes shall be resolved in Ottawa, Ontario.
